Looking for a mature professional for a Single Double Room to rent in well presented flat in Southfields SW19. Room is vacant from 5th Aug.

The Flat - comprises three very large bedroom. The room been advertised is a double single spacious room. In addition to the rooms the apartment comprises of a hallway, wooden laminated flooring throughout flatmates share shower/bathroom kitchen/diner, kitchen equip with washing machine, fridge & freezer and everything you need in a kitchen (so don't bring anything!). The flat is situated in the leafy residential part of Southfields, Wimbledon.

Transport - is EXCELLENT. 5/7 mins walk to Southfields District Line Tube where you can be in Earls Court or Victoria within 15mins. Wimbledon Park is roughly 10-12 mins walk, from the station and for Tennis enthusiast Wimbledon Tennis Stadium is roughly the same distance. Southfields Village is across the road from the station and is full of cute shops restaurants and cafes. Wimbledon Common & Putney town centre is a walk/bus ride away

Flatmates - All professionals. Isaac works during the day, he is from New Zealand. Lauren is a full time working professional. Caitlin is the flatmate who is leaving to flat share with a friend. The tenants are responsible organised and chilled!

Smoking - in inside the apartment IS NOT permitted, the apartment is a smoke free zone. Considerate smokers who tidy up their cigarette butts afterwards can smoke out in the front passageway!

Bills - are shared by flatmates and are typically an additional £75 - 90 per month. This includes electricity, gas, water, council tax and WiFi.

Dates - The room is available as from 5th Aug.
