Hello folks! 🚀🚀

We’re Jordan, Vera, and Guillaume – a trio of young professionals in our (very) early 30s and we've got very good news for you:
Our current flatmate is off to new horizons, leaving behind a fantastic opportunity for someone equally cool and full of zest for life.

——— The Details ————

———- Fun Stuff ——

We are all full-time professionals working in the fields of energy/sustainability, education/culture and photography. In our spare time we love doing sports, going to galleries/museums, concerts and traveling. (PS. Here is very much a Four Tet/Fred Again/Overmono/Disclosure/Caribou/Jamie xx house vibe - i know it sounds commercial... sometimes we go a bit softer, sometimes a bit heavier).

We love different cultures and diversity. We are well-traveled and speak English, Italian, Spanish, French and Russian. We all have our lives but we like to spend time together having a chat with a cup of tea or a glass of Prosecco, sharing a meal or watching a movie (Tennis events are also a big thing here!).

We’re seeking a flatmate who embodies a delightful blend of qualities. Someone that we live together with, but can be a friend. We are seeking someone cool, sociable, with zest for life, with an entrepreneurial spirit and career focus. Tidiness and responsibility are essential, but a wee touch of delightful craziness add to the mix. Probably the best fit would be someone in their late 20’s, early 30’s, with their life sorted, who enjoys sharing good times with flatmates while also respecting personal space.

------Boring (but essential) Notes--------

There are a few things that are very important for a good life together:

• Shoe-Free Zone: Once you step inside, kick off those outdoor shoes! Our carpets appreciate it and it helps us keeping the house clean

• Quiet hours: Showers, cooking, and TV time in the living room should wind down by 10:00-10:30 p. m. We’re not fire-spitting dragons, but sleep-loving humans need their rest! There are of course exceptions—life isn’t always predictable.

• Cooking Aromas: When you’re whipping up culinary magic, use the kitchen ventilation. Our kitchen’s on the ground floor, and smells travel faster upstairs in the bed rooms.

• Fridge Aromas: Before storing food in the fridge, wrap it up or pop it in a container. We’ve had our share of onion-flavored yogurt in the morning already! Not a delicacy.

• Guest Rotation: Sharing is caring! Alternate days (especially weekends) when bringing your other halves, partners, girlfriends, or boyfriends over. We’re thrilled you’re in love, but we’d also like to use the bathroom in the morning and unwind at home during weekends. Of course, when we’re all away, it’s a different story— and we travel quite often!
