The flat is on the fourth floor of a secure modern development and is close to Borough (5 min walk), Southwark (9 min walk) and London Bridge (12min walk) stations. It’s a very convenient commute by foot, bike or tube to the City!

The bedroom on offer has a double bed, large wardrobe, its own desk, private balcony and ample storage space. There is a private bathroom (adjacent, not en-suite) that you would have sole access to.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a dining table and a very comfy sofa. The balcony from the living room has great views of the Shard.

A bit about myself: I’m originally from Dublin and I moved to London last summer for work. I work in the City and I am in the office 4/5 days per week. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and keeping active. Being new to London, I’m keen to continue exploring it, including its bars, cafés, restaurants, neighbourhoods and everything else it has to offer. I’ve lived in apartment/flat shares for 3 years now. As a flatmate, I am clean, considerate and I respect people’s privacy and personal space. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, someone I can hopefully become mates with as opposed to just us being two people inhabiting the place, and would treat the flat as a home - not a party house!

Rent is £1,300 pcm and the security deposit is 5 week’s worth. Council band tax F. *This is not a sub-let and I am not the landlord - your name would be on the tenancy agreement too!*
