The flat is located just off Clapham Rd, a short 5 minute walk to Stockwell tube. Vauxhall is only a 15 minute walk away as well. There are also a number of buses on Clapham Rd.

There are two other tenants, both professional males. You will be sharing the main bathroom with only one other.

You will pay a third share of the gas, electric and water. Currently this come to around £70 to £80 per month and will be paid separately at the end of each month.

We normally have viewings Monday to Thursday from 6pm. The room will be available on the 1st of June.
