Double room in a modern flat

A fully furnished, double room available immediately in the Oval/Stockwell area. This bright, modern flat has two rooms, a separate toilet & shower room, and a shared living room / kitchen with ample storage space. It's situated on a quiet mews, with multiple supermarkets nearby. The Northern & Victoria lines only a short walk away and there is a large shared cycle storage facility.

I'm hoping to move in with my partner, so I am looking for someone to replace me as soon as possible!

My flatmate is my cousin; a young city professional, with interests in rugby and cinema, and he has been a pleasure to live with for the last year. You should get a chance to meet one another before signing anything so you can check to see you're a good fit.

My flatmate is hoping to move on in October, but the existing contract expires on 17th September 2024. This means you could stay for as little as 5 months or stay on to sign a new contract with a fresh flatmate come October time.

You will need to provide references to the estate agents for approval before moving in, but I have all the info needed to kick that off right away. Rent is £1150pm + bills with a deposit of 5 weeks rent.
