Spacious double in friendly Stockwell house

Hi there!

We are renting a bright and spacious bedroom in our terrace house, located near Stockwell station (10 minute walk), Oval station (12 minute walk), and Brixton (18 minute walk). Our departing housemate is sadly leaving to go back to Australia, so we are looking for a new person to join our house!

Can be somewhat flexible with moving date.

- The Room -
The room itself is a large double located on the 2nd floor of the house. It comes furnished with a double bed, massive standing wardrobe and built in wardrobe, mirror, desk, and chair. The room benefits from being spacious with plenty of room to store your things. The bed can also be positioned sideways against the wall at the back.

(The curtains are just down temporarily for cleaning!)

- Housemates -
You would be living with Becca (therapist from Yorkshire), John (Civil Servant from Surrey), Elle (lawyer from London) and Serj (finance something from Surrey). Two of us own the house, so we keep things in good working order.

To fit in nicely in the house, we are looking for someone who is clean & tidy, considerate, and friendly. As a house, we enjoy occasional plans together (film nights, dinner, parties) and catching up over cooking or eating, but we also live busy independent lives too.

- The House -
The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room, and a back garden.

Please note, the living room desk is often occupied Wednesday to Friday.

Bills come to around £100 per month, depending on the season.

- The Location -
The house is on a residential road within walking distance to gyms, Lidl, Tesco Express, Co-op, cafés, pubs, and parks. There's a bus stop a minute walk from our house with great access to central London.

- Availability -
The room is available from 26th May.
