Double room for rent in Stoke Newington N16

We're looking for someone to join us in our Stoke Newington house from early November, as our housemate is moving out of London.

The room:
Bright and fairy furnished double bedroom on the first floor of a grand victorian house, with 2 large windows. Furniture includes, double bed and mattress, one set of drawers, shelving and shoe lack shelf in the hallway.

The house;
Two double bedrooms, original herringbone parquet flooring throughout, walk-in shower, stainless steel kitchen, 3mt (10 foot) high ceilings, heat and sound insulation, double glazed windows, burglar alarm system, gas central heating, storage area. Very bright. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a big dining table and chairs, a tv and a small coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped, we tend to share all cutlery, cooking equipment etc. There is a large roof terrace is accessible on the top floor as a communal area, with amazing views of the City and surrounding areas. 

Area/transport:
The flat is very conveniently located as it is 3 min walk from Stoke Newington overground station and on the corner of Church Street. 

The housemates:
You will be living with a couple, who both works in fashion - as an editor and a hair stylist.
We’re easy going and tidy and ideally looking for someone who is after a friendly home in the heart of Stokey.

The bills etc:
Following bills are included in the rent: - Electric, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Broadband.
