I'm moving out of my lovely room to live with my brother so my flatmats need a replacement for me in our lovely 3 bed Stoke Newington home. We're looking for someone who's tidy, considerate and would like to get involved with things every now and again.
About the room:
Room is unfurnished (Although I can leave the large wardrobe, ikea kallax unit and rail). Price £1100/per month excluding bills.
Bills are around £150/£200 each a month. This includes a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
About us:
Aleks and Anouk both work in 9/5 jobs. They are sociable, fun, chilled out, enjoy pubbing/drinking, seeing friends, theatre, arts galleries the usual East London goodies etc. ,
Details:
We deal with the landlord directly and she sorts any issues we have out immeditatley which is super nice to have!
The usual referencing checks(steady income, steady employment etc will be needed)
