A double bedroom has become available in our lovely 4-bedroom flat, 10 minutes from Stoke Newington Overground, and a short 10 minute bus journey to Finsbury Park, with easy connections into the city via Victoria Line (trains every 1 min during rush hour). It's a lovely spacious flat with lots of natural daylight, an outdoor garden that backs onto Abney Park Cemetery, and modern interior. We have all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher etc.) Your room can be part-furnished with double bed and mattress, the room has built in wardrobe storage. Rent for this room is £650 (bills not included). We also live a 10 minute walk from vibrant Church St, with its various cafes, shops, pubs, as well as Clissold Park and Leisure Centre.

Please see floor plan. We have a bathroom, en suite shower room and downstairs toilet, with communal kitchen/living area. The flat is also protected by a gate only accessible with your own security fob, and bicycle storage is available for free.

About us

We are a couple and one friend. The room has become available because our housemate is buying a house. We work in the recruitment, hospitality and health sector. We are fun, outgoing people, who love to socialise but also enjoy keeping our space a happy, clean, and respectful home. We love having friends over to share a few glasses of wine, but equally love a night in our pyjamas watching films or Gogglebox (a firm favourite).

About you

You are a professional who likes socialising, you are clean, tidy, pay your rent on time, and help out with chores around the house.
