Cosy and cute room in Stoke Newington

One of our flatmates is sadly moving out, so one of the rooms in our place will be available from early May.

The room is cosy but has lots of storage. The bed and cupboards will stay, and the shelves can be purchased if you’re interested.

The flat is on a quiet and beautiful street a two minute walk from Clissold Park and Church St close to lots of great cafes, bars and pubs.

The place is around 15 minutes walk to Canonbury, Highbury, or Finsbury Park, and there are also buses at the end of our street that take you directly to London Bridge, Kings Cross and Euston.

You’ll be living with two friends Evelyn (28) and Rubini (30) both from Sydney. Evelyn works for a consultancy and Rubini works in advertising. We both work a mix of wfh and the office.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and social. We are putting a lot of care and love into the place, so would like our future house mate to do so too. We love to occasionally host dinner parties, but please note this isn’t is a party house.

Bill are approximately £100-120 per month and include a cleaner.
