PLEASE be aware this is an advert for a short sublet, 1-2 months, ideal for people between accomodation or who need a base while they look for one :)

Sublet of bright and spacious double room in shared house in Stoke Newington, N16. We are an LGBTQ+

Rent + bills: £750 rent + approx £130 for bills (includes cleaner of common spaces every 2 weeks)

LENGHT: Available from 4th May to 4th June, but an extension may be discussed; being a sublet, no deposit and references are needed.

ACCESSIBILITY: The house presents three flights of stairs, with the room being located on the second floor, there are two bathrooms, one one which is on the ground floor, the second on the first. Unfortunately, there are no lifts or intercom.

BENEFITS: Since this is a short term let, benefits that are transferred directly to the landlord may be not suitable.

LOCATION: The house is located in a brilliant area of London, with Church St and Stoke Newington High St as well as Kingsland Rd within 5 minutes' walking distances. The house has a large kitchen and living room (photos included) as well as off-street parking, a large garage and bike storage which we have converted into a home-gym and a small private courtyard as well as a large communal garden at the rear of the house. Nearby you have many lovely parks and cafe's and travel is easy via bus or the nearest Overground stations at Dalston Kingsland & Rectory Rd, or Finsbury Park & Seven Sisters for the Victoria line to take you across London quickly.
PETS: Currently we have no pets in the house and would need to discuss if you wanted to bring a pet with you.

THE HOUSE: The house is a social one and you would be sharing with 2 gay men in their 30s-40s.. We are all keen to have someone who will join in the social aspect of the house and is happy to enjoy friends and guests visiting on the weekends whilst also respecting everyone's need for quiet and private space 🙂
