Room available in stylish flat from mid June!

Hi there,

My name is Lydia and I am looking for a new roommate from the middle of June. The flat is gorgeous, high ceilings, natural light and modern decor. The room you’ll be in is very private as up some stairs on the second floor. It’s a medium size room and next to the shared bathroom.
The location of the flat is around a 9 minute walk to Clapton overground and about 12 to Stoke Newington. Church street with all the bars and restaurants is around a 10 minute walk. Very safe and vibey area. The flats unfurnished however il be sorting out most of the furniture from my old property.. but not I will leave you to decorate your own bedroom!

About me: I’m 32, work in finance in Shoreditch, I tend to work from home once or twice a week but likely to be less during the summer months (free A/C at work right). In the evenings I tend to see friends or work out. I am into fitness, yoga, cycling, Netflix, red wine, Sunday roasts and walks. I am recently single and I haven’t lived East before so it would be good if someone could show me the ropes!

About you: prefer a female, similar age, professional who doesn’t work from home every day! Fun and social but I don’t want a party girl (those days are over) oh and has to like dogs as I have a little part time sausage dog who I share with my ex 2 weeks at a time! Someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, as I am gay however they don’t have to be, just liberal..
