Double room in a very calm household

We are looking for a woman in their late 20s - mid 30s to join us in this beautiful 3 storey house with a patio in Stoke Newington to move in on the 1st of July.

You would be sharing with Amelia (27) who works in finance, she loves reading and sewing is her big passion, you would be impressed of the clothes she makes herself. She has a boyfriend who stays over in rare occasions, so you’ll need to be ok with that.
You’ll be also sharing with me (35) I work full time in marketing and also work as a self employed on some weekends doing nail art, I love yoga, painting, crafting and just live a very chilled life.

We are looking for someone like minded, friendly and open to make friendships. Ideally you work at a day job as well, to keep the dynamic, as during the week days we are in bed by 10pm. Being clean and organised is very important. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE also bringing friends after a night out is a NO, this is our home and we want a chilled and safe environment. No smoking in the house.

This is a pet friendly house, and I personally might be getting a cat, so you’ll need to be ok with them.

Rent is £1070 cpm + bills (around £120 pp) + £850 deposit.

The house has an outdoor space, a big kitchen with a very big fridge and freezer, there is storage under the stairs, an utility room, big living room, 1 bathroom with toilet on the top floor and a extra toilet at the entrance. You can also get parking space outside of the house.
