Light double room, available in a relaxed and friendly family house MONDAY to FRIDAY only. To share with myself, my husband and our adult daughter who is studying. We are all very easygoing and independent.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and a wardrobe. The house has a spacious kitchen/diner, leafy south facing garden, ground floor shower room with toilet and first-floor bathroom all of which we would share. The house is Victorian terraced situated on a quiet residential street very close to Clissold Park and a short stroll to Stoke Newington Church Street, with its many restaurants, cafes, bars etc.

The nearest tube station is Manor House (Piccadilly) which is 7 minutes walking, or Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly) which is a 15-minute walk. Stoke Newington Overground station is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride away. There are convenient bus routes, the 141, 341 and 106 all pass close by.

Ideal for professional female who works in London but has their main home elsewhere and needs a base while they work in the London. STRICTLY NO COUPLES and NO PETS.
