The rental price includes the cost of utility and all other bills. We will pay the bills for council tax, gas, electricity, water rates, phone line rental, TV licence and internet broadband. (The approximate cost for all this is £75 per month and forms an inclusive payment along with your rent. So your true rent alone is the all inclusive price above less £75). There are then no extra costs or additional charges apart from £30 for Tenancy Deposit Protection.
