Amazing huge room next to Stratford!

Hello everybody!

The room is for single occupancy only! NO couples!

Our bright,(With NO FEES! NO EXTRA CHARGES! NO MONTHLY SECURITY DEPOSIT!(Only one week!)) warm and extremely spacious house will surprise you! Its state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, modern shower will indeed make you feel like home.

The high tech internet connection is a plus if you consider that is a brand new optic fiber!

You will find the vibrant main road in 2mins walk from the house with a 24hr bus service!
Sainsbury's and Tesco supermarkets are a couple of minutes' walk around the corner! An ATM right outside Sainsbury's will give you cash at a press of your pin :) ..Brand new Gym Atherton Leisure center is around the corner as well!

Also Stratford main underground station is a 9min walk or 3 stops by bus and can take you wherever you wish in London!

Restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets, Library, Cinemas, Post office...you name it and it's yours in no time!

So we only ask the deposit and the first 2 weeks of rent in order to move in!

Nothing else! After the first 2 weeks you just continue to pay your rent!

I am afraid, we are not party animals!!! hehe, so we can't accept that and also we are a NO smoking flat!
Smokers can use the rear garden for a quick cigarette and hopefully grab a plum or two from the tree (if it's the season!) and admire the red roses. Our advice would be to quit smoking though :) :)

So arranging a viewing is a must!!
