We are looking for someone who is looking for a home and not just a place to crash , if this sounds like you get in touch and come and join us in our lovely house overlooking the green .
One of our housemates is leaving shortly and we're hoping to replace him with a nice house trained guy !

The house has been refurbished to a high standard and has a new kitchen and bathroom with shower, there is a lounge with comfy leather sofa and smart tv. Outside there is a garden and patio for barbeques etc.

Stratford tube is 8 mins walk and this is next to Westfield indoor mall which has 300 shops restaurants and bars, a 17 screen cinema, casino and bowling alley, it really is fantastic.
Locally also is a massive 24hr Asda, an M&S, John Lewis and Morrisons as well as local pubs and take aways inc Witherspoons ,KFC ,McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza , Indian etc etc etc !!

Transport.
Statford has THE BEST transport links in London, with
Central line (10 mins to city ,25 mins West End)
Jubilee line (Canary Wharf 10 mins ,O2 15 mins, Waterloo 25 mins)
DLR (Docklands and Greenwich 20 mins)
Silverlink (Islington 12 mins ,Camden 20 mins)
National Rail (Liverpool st and Essex)
Buses.
There is a 24hr night bus service to Stratford and Leyton.

Rent.
The rent includes some bills, (council tax , water rates). Gas and electric are not included and your share should be approx Ten ponds per week in winter and five pounds per week in summer .
