We have a warm, bright and quiet double room in our large, three-floor house for the right person.

Room:
* The 1st floor room is approx 5 x 4.5m (much bigger than the pics show!) recently decorated with a double bed, huge wardrobes, shelving unit, desk, small sofa, bedside table and wood floors.
* Really sunny as there are 3 sash windows overlooking the garden

Shared spaces:
* Superfast broadband
* Sharing a bathroom with two other housemate.
* Large kitchen/diner, downstairs loo
* Dishwasher, washing machine etc.
* Large garden - space for barbecues - in a quiet tree-lined street.

* 950 inc. all bills
* 1 month deposit

Us:
I'm 28, and I work in film publicity and live in the house with my boyfriend who's in financial consultancy.
The other housemates are similar ages, 1 is a nurse at St. George's Tooting, the other works at a TV production company.
We are all sociable and easy-going but also enjoy our privacy. We like a clean and tidy home and everyone gets involved!

Transport:
* Balham and Tooting Bec tube are equidistant, 20 mins by foot or 5 mins by numerous buses
* Streatham BR station is 7 mins walk away - 15 mins to London Bridge or Wimbledon in the other direction
* Streatham Common or Streatham Hill are both close with 15 mins or less to Victoria

Location:
* Quiet tree-lined road v near Tooting Bec Common with running tracks, tennis courts, ponds and the famous Lido outdoor pool
* 10 mins walk gets you to 5-screen Odeon, Tesco Express, M&S Food, Aldi, Lidl, WHSmith, Sainsbury's, Leisure Centre with pool and ice rink, Library, The Gym, Virgin Active health club, pubs, restaurants and other shops etc.
* Cafe Barcelona and the Hideaway jazz club are a short stroll away along with loads of cafes and restaurants.
