Flexible let Double room in a spacious 2 bed flat!

Flexible on length and rent amount if Mon to Fri.

I am looking for a new housemate for my spare room. The flat is split level and spacious.

The bedroom is on a different floor to the other rooms and is a good size, with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. Plenty of room for hanging rail or desk too. There is a large bathroom with bath (with shower in it too). The sitting room is light and airy, and the kitchen is just off it.

You would be sharing with me and my boyfriend Tom. We are both friendly, active and keen to share with someone who will feel like it is their home too. Also, I have a very small, very quiet dog, Bijou. She is a 6 year old Yorkshire Terrier and sleeps in the sitting room and is left there when we are out, so she wouldn’t get in your way.

Both Tom and I are keen runners and enjoy the outdoors, seeing friends and cooking. Also, if you’re a runner, Bijou is a great companion!

Free on street parking.

Close to Streatham station 3/4 min walk a the most, big Tesco, M&S and Aldi all within 5 mins walk and big Sainsbury’s within 10mins walk.

In between Streatham common and tooting common so 2 big open spaces.
