The second bedroom features a heavenly double bed, built in wardrobe, additional drawers and under bed storage. A folding desk, bedding and towels are also included. This room also comes with its own separate full bathroom including an extra large bath, waterfall shower and heated towel rail (both bathrooms are the same.)

Both rooms have brand new plantation shutters you can split; this means you can have the top portion open if you like to wake to sunlight streaming through, while still maintaining privacy. Otherwise you can keep them closed for black out darkness.

There's a wonderfully bright and spacious open plan kitchen and living room with two sofas, dining table and chairs, HD Smart TV with Virgin Media and Netflix, DVD player and all the kitchen equipment you could need.

This isn't your average rental, the flat was recently refurbished and much of the contents are new. I'm looking for tenants who are naturally conscientious and enjoy taking care of their home.

*The street*
A peaceful, well lit, residential road with lovely neighbours and Streatham Common at the end of the road.

*Parking*

*Buses*
There's a bus stop right at the end of the road with buses every 5 minutes to Streatham (5 mins) and Streatham Hill (10 mins) stations, Brixton tube station, Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Balham, Oxford Street, Waterloo, the West End etc.

*Train*
Streatham Common station is a 7 minute walk away and takes you into Balham (5 mins, and you can get on the tube on the Northern line from there), Clapham Junction, Battersea Park, London Victoria etc.

Streatham station is a 12 minute walk (or 3 minute bus ride from the end of the road) and takes you to Herne Hill, Elephant and Castle, London Bridge etc. The London Bridge train is super efficient and you get great views coming into the Shard.

*Tube*
Balham underground station (Northern Line) is just 1 stop (4 mins) on the train from Streatham Common, or Tooting Bec and Brixton underground stations are a 15 min bus ride away.

*Other amenities within walking distance*
Sainsbury's (2 mins), The Bull (2 mins, amazing pub newly refurbished after a £2 million investment), The Greyhound pub (5 mins) and other great coffee shops and restaurants, the brand new Hub development (7 mins) with enormous Tesco's, pool, gym, ice rink, go karting etc, this is also where the many shops of Streatham High Road begin.

*Green space/gym bunnies*
There's an expanse of parkland on the doorstop in the form of Streatham Common, the Rookery and Norwood Grove, perfect for satisfying those cravings for open space and ideal running territory. The Tooting Commons are also just up the road which includes the athletics track and lido. In addition to the aforementioned Hub, there's also an amazing recently refurbished Virgin Active 5 mins by bus up the road in Streatham which offers a rolling membership with no minimum term.
