Less than 20 minute walk to Balham Northern Line tube station, 5 minute walk to South Western Railway station Streatham Hill and a 5 minute bus ride to Brixton Victoria Line Tube Station. Easy access to lots of south London spots including Clapham, Peckham and Brixton.

Room is a generous double size with large window overlooking the house’s large back garden, and includes bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side tables. Can also include a desk if desired:)

Communal spaces include large living room interconnected with dining room, with doors which open onto terrace and garden. Kitchen is separate and also with back door which opens out onto the terrace and garden.
