LOCATION
The house is located in Streatham Hill in a lovely and quiet residential area next to Tulse Hill / Brixton / Streatham.
Streatham Hill high street is just a few minutes walking and it’s filled with Tescos, Sainsburys, Pubs, Restaurants, B&Q, banks, boutiques, pharmacies, NHS dentists or clinics, off licenses etcetc.
The Victoria Line is 10/15 minutes away by bus (Brixton Station), and our local Streatham Hill train station can take you to Victoria or London Bridge in about 20 minutes. Lots and lots of buses circulating the area too.

ATMOSPHERE AND HOUSEMATES.
This is a VERY quiet house in a quiet area - neighbours included.
We are all very busy working, quiet, respectful and we all get along. The area is also very safe, surrounded by schools and families.
We are basically looking for a busy professionals, who likes to come home and relax, respect the property and get along well with the others.

CLEANING
It’s VERY important that everyone contributes to keeping the place clean and tidy, from changing bins, vacuuming, keeping the kitchen clean etc.

KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND MORE.
Our kitchen is lovely and equipped with all the essentials. There’s space for your food in the fridge, plenty of space to cook proper meals and a massive living room where you can enjoy your meal. We also have a lovely backyard for the summer.

THE ROOM
The room is really quiet (not facing high streets or anything like that). It comes unfurnished and will probably fit a single bed and a small wardrobe, it has a lock on the door, fully working radiator.
