I am looking for a prof female to share with me in my beautiful clean and tidy Victorian house in Stroud Green; just 10 minutes from Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill stations, and close to the Parkland Walk and park.

It would suit a female who is looking for a relaxed house, and somewhere quite and peaceful after work so you would be over the party stage of your life.. It would suit a commuter. Short term or Mon-fri stays would be welcome.

The room has a double sized bed and fitted wardrobes. The house is located in a quiet street. It has a large kitchen diner overlooking landscaped garden, and a beautiful bathroom which you would share with one other female. All recently refurbished.. Rent includes bills, and fortnightly cleaning.

We are professional females. Interests include travel, theatre, art, languages, and keeping fit.

Finsbury Park has good transport links with fast trains to central London and the City - Victoria Line (10 mins Oxford Street) and Piccadilly Line (15 mins Covent Garden), National Rail (10 mins to City) and Crouch Hill overground (Gospel Oak-Barking) Haringey Overground. The house is close to Stroud Green Road which has a variety of shops and restaurants, and a 20 min walk to Crouch End.
