🏡 The Housemates
WHO you live with is more important than the house itself. I work hard to build nice communities in my house shares of like-minded similar-aged young professionals. I'm looking for tenants who are career-focused and so after a hard day's work are looking for somewhere peaceful and good quality to relax. Somewhere calm to call home. Perhaps cook with a housemate, Netflix movie night, or even a pub lunch on a Sunday.

Boasting an excellent selection of shops and restaurants as well as a shopping center with a cinema, Tesco Xtra, and a bowling alley. Need some outdoor space to clear the mind? There are 3 parks and the River Thames all within a 5-10 minute walk, great for a jog and log walks! City of London and Canary Wharf 20 mins away, Shoreditch 12 mins away by tube! If you're looking for somewhere central but don't want the noise, police sirens, and traffic then Surrey Quays is for you!

Our aim is to put together and design rooms that are more than just a room, they’re a space for you to relax and wind down after a busy day at work.

💰The prices you see advertised are inclusive of everything From your household bills to your council tax and wifi - it’s all covered. This means that you don’t have to spend your time splitting the costs with your housemates.

✅Cleaners attend our properties on a fortnightly basis to clean all communal areas.

🔧We have an online problem reporting system to make logging maintenance issues as easy as possible, as well as making the turnaround time for getting these issues fixed as quickly as possible.

😎Housemates + the community:
Wherever possible we aim to keep the genders in our houses mixed so that we don’t have guys/girls-only houses.
The age range for our houses is strictly between 22-36, we’ll let you know the age range in the houses you are interested in so that you can judge whether or not it would be a good match for you.

All of our members are in full-time employment - so new tenants would preferably be in full-time employment too, as they will be sharing with other professionals.
