Amazing Room in friendly House With Large Garden

We have a room on the Ground floor to let due to current flatmate returning home.
There are 4 of us and we all work different times so the house is empty a lot of the time.
We currently have a few Cats so if you don't like cats then this probably is not for you.
The Garden is amazing and biggest in street also you have the lake and view to Canary Wharf at the back so just a 1 minute walk away.
The rent is very cheap as we split between the 5 rooms everything and the £695 a month includes all the bills including very fast Wifi.
Large Kitchen and a conservatory which we use as the front room though we tend to sit out in the garden in the Sun.
Loads of shops and places to eat on our doorstep and Tesco is 5 mins away plus a 24 hour shop 200 yards up the road.
We are ideally looking for someone to move on the 14th but are flexible and require a £600 deposit.
