The ad is for an extra spacious double bedroom within a 4 bedroom house share based in Surrey Quays. The fully furnished bedroom offers stunning views over the river and is extremely comfortable on a whole. The kitchen and living room is shared with three others and there is one bathroom on each floor. The pics speak really does it justice and speak for itself.

Surrounded by lots of green and peaceful spaces, the house is within close proximity to Southwark Park and with very easy access to Surrey Quays Station (circa 5 minutes walking distance) and Canada Water station (nearly 8 minutes away by foot, access to Jubilee line). There is also the possibility of taking the river taxi service from Greenland Pier.

All inclusive of bills and no extra fees.

Deposit held and returned back upon checking out at the end of the term.
