Hi Alan (English) 20 year old student currently studying at Goldsmiths University. I am looking for 2 new flatmate to share my 3 bedroom terraced house with in Surrey Quays Woodland conservation Area as my current housemates are moving out. The house has recently been totally refurbished and we now have one lovely single and double room available to rent immediately. The property has two beautiful gardens to the front and rear of the property, with the back garden complimented by a pergola, Electric canopy and decking / monoblock. Perfect for summer chill-out, barbecue or sun bathing.
The bedrooms is fully furnished with new Ottoman bed for extra storage space. Ground floor consists of Lounge , Diner and Kitchen Area which lead to the rear Garden Patio Area.
Looking for easy going flatmates, not necessarily students to live with and hopefully meet new friends.
