Housemate wanted for double room in SE16

We are looking for somebody to take over a good-sized double room, for £680 per month, all inclusive.

Our house is less than 5 minutes walk to Surrey Quays Overground station, less than 10 minutes walk to Canada Water tube, and a 5 minute walk to the river taxi going over to Canary Wharf. Although this is a residential area, we live within spitting distance of a large Tesco, a Lidl, the Surrey Quays shopping centre, a Hollywood Bowl/Odeon leisure park, the Surrey Docks Watersports Centre and Gym and Southwark Park.

It's a good sized 4 bed house, with a small garage for bikes, a driveway with parking and a private garden at the back. Your room is a good-sized double and you would share a bathroom with one other person. We have a well-stocked kitchen (you are free to use everything in it) and a big living room with Sky+ TV (including Sky Sports) and Apple TV (including Netflix).

Your housemates are 3 young professionals; 2 girls and 1 guy, all of whom are friendly, easy-going and keen to meet their new housemate!

We are managed directly by our very reasonable landlord, so there are no agencies to deal with and no hidden costs.
