Lovely room available in 2 bedroom flat

Hello. My name is Alice and I am looking for a good flatmate to move in to make this place their home. My current flatmate has been living here for 2 years but is moving out of London this year.

The flat is lovely - it’s modern, immaculate, cleaned regularly and fully furnished. The new person can bring whatever they want to ensure they can make this place as homely as possible. It has a balcony with table and chairs which is always enjoyed in the warmer months.

Neighbours are really friendly. Flat is surrounded by greenery and Tesco express is 1 min walk. The nearest bust stop is a couple of mins away. 12min walk to Tooting Broadway / Earlsfield and only a few mins by bus. Flat is available from 4th June but can be available sooner to move things in gradually.

Rent is £975 per month and deposit is 6 weeks rent. Bills are really cheap and can be discussed when you view the flat.
