Looking for a new flatmate to join our house!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in a 4 bed flat in Tooting. Equal distance from Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec tube stations so perfect for commuting into town or surrounding areas.

The room:
Single room for £620! It was originally unfurnished but we’re looking to sell the furniture including the bed frame and shelves/rail unit; the money would be paid to my flatmate. Our landlord is super flexible and would consider letting you put up some floating shelves on wall if need be. There’s also lots of space below the bed for storage boxes or bags etc. Unfortunately no desk space, however, the dining room table is a really good size and close to the WiFi router if you need to wfh.

The flat:
The flat has four bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and living room which you would use for any wfh days you might have. There’s also space for one car to be parked on a driveway. My flatmate has their bike chained to the gate outside, so feel free to bring one too! We’re really close to tube and bus stops, and have a Lidl & Tesco at the end of the road. Super close to Tooting Common, and easy access pretty much everywhere in SW. The landlord manages the flat and is really responsive if we ever need anything!

Emily, 24 - a recruiter for higher education and charity sectors
Robbie, 27 - an educational researcher for a charity
Dom, 25 - works in advertising for a magazine (free magazines every month)

We’re all into running (albeit not very quick) so parkrun & a coffee is often on the cards, as well as a pub trip (only 2 mins from the house). We all get on well and often do things on the weekend together, but are also respectful of our own space. We all keep the flat tidy and have a cleaning rota to make things fair. Looking for someone who is friendly and happy to be a part of the happy flat dynamics!
