Large en-suite double room in a large modern house really close to the tube in Tooting bec. I’m moving in with my partner, but have loved living in the house for the last three years.

You may have seen this ad before as the person we offered the room to had to drop out unfortunately.

The current flatmates are a friendly bunch, all in their 30s, two work for the NHS and one has a hybrid set up. We are looking for someone tidy and respectful of the communal spaces. It’s a great location close to Tooting Bec common and Wandsworth common, it’s gated access and has a parking space too.
