My flatmate is moving out and am looking for a new bestie!

We also have a great little balcony, south facing so it really does soak up the after noon sun. Its a top floor flat, with own parking and security. Its always felt very safe and secluded.

Bills come out at around £140 each.
Rent is paid on the 1st of every month.

The room would suit someone who doesn't WFH as there is no space for a desk.
