One room in lovely two bed flat 5 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station.

Hello! My name is Lucy and my flatmate Steph is sadly moving to Clapham with her boyfriend 💖 so looking for someone to take her place. Shes hoping to move beginning of June but can be flexible

I'm 30, from London, work for a charity and have lived in Tooting for a few years now and love it! In the week I go to CrossFit, play tag rugby and have fun with friends in the big city. At the weekend I'm probably at another wedding hen do or baby shower...

Looking for a housemate who will become a friend and continue to make this flat feel like a home.

The rent is £850 plus bills which comes to around £965 a month. Option to have rolling or 6/12 month contract. Desk and bedside draw available too if wanted.

It's a flat on the top floor of a converted house which has 2 other flats in. We have a big living room, big corridor, cute kitchen and lovely turquoise bathroom.

Steph's room is big enough to fit a desk so currently she works from home in her room and I in the living room when not at the office (approx twice a week).
