Double Room in Tooting Broadway

Cosy attic room in Tooting Broadway! House is the perfect place for living in London.

We have a stunning south facing garden where we often host BBQs. The house is homely and tidy. We have a cleaner that comes in every other week. Bills are around £75 per month.

Location is perfect, only 8 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station and Tooting town (pubs!) and The Gym is literally just up the road. We're also super close to a huge Lidl / Sainsburys and the main high street with shops, cafes and bars. Corner shop is also just 150m away.

You will be sharing the top floor with a girl (whose great!). The only caveat is that it is on the small side. The room is long but slanted so may be uncomfortable for anyone tall. There is a wardrobe and floor cupboards in the room and you will also have access to a wardrobe on the middle floor. It may sound odd but the current girl has lived here for 5 years and made it work!
