Bright and clean flat in Tooting Broadway

Looking for a friendly, clean and easy going professional female to take my place as I am moving in with my partner (so can therefore be flexible with move dates)

About the flat:
- This top-floor flat has a spacious well-lit living room/dining room with a large table perfect for dinner parties.
- The double bedroom is a good size and partly furnished - there is a large wardrobe and full length mirror.
-I’m open to selling my bed in the room which was brand new last year which could be discussed separately.
- There is a separate toilet and bathroom, with good storage and a bath/shower.
- The kitchen has plenty of storage and leads out to a cute little balcony to enjoy a drink together in the summer evenings.
- The deposit is actually £1009.61 but the advert wouldn't let me put that - the rent paid is actually slightly less than half the total rent as the room is slightly smaller than the other one, however the deposit is split equally.
- There is off street parking available

Great location:
- The flat is a short walk (5-10mins) to Tooting Broadway for the Northern Line to central London.
- Short bus ride to Earlsfield, Wimbledon, Balham and Streatham with bus stops outside the flat.
- Close to St George's Hospital.
- Short walk to the Tooting Markets. Lots of pubs locally and great restaurants.
- Short walk to shops, supermarkets and cafes

My housemate, Amy, will be staying in the flat along with her cat, Marmite. Amy has been a great flatmate and very easy to live with - dinners together, watching a film together, or just a drink and a vent about the day when needed. Personal space is respected and this is very much a home, not just two people living under the same roof.

Bills:
These aren't included in the rent but we pay £135 into a flat account to cover all bills (Wandsworth Council tax, water, gas + electricity, internet). This also leaves a little extra in the account for flat treats every now and then, like dinners out together. This is not a fixed system and could be discussed with Amy going forwards but it works well for us.
