Bright Double Room in Large Tooting Town House

We have a room available in our 3 story, 3 bed / 2.5 bath modern town house in Tooting Broadway as one of our housemates is leaving to move in with his partner.

The room is a bright, decent sized double on the first floor which will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person who's also on the first floor.

Located on a private, gated mews, the property is bright, spacious, secure and quiet. We're blessed to have a nice sunny garden which has plenty of space and a BBQ perfect for socializing, and I believe we have access to a bike lock-up on the Mews (tbc as none of us own a bike).

Bills are in the region of £100/month thanks to that lovely Wandsworth council tax, but we also have a private driveway that we rent out at a daily rate which, more often than not, covers the cost of bills each month.

We're ~10-15 minutes walk from all the important amenities; the Northern Line, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Tooting Market and a number of good pubs and the gym is just at the end of the road. There are also a number of buses that run from the end of the road down to Wandsworth Southside and onto Putney.

Myself and Sam are both pretty laid back Northerners, clean and tidy, enjoy sport and exercise, food, all the usual tropes , looking for someone of a similar mindset who will ease in and feel right at home for the last ~12 months of our lease.
