Lease would be for 12 months! with option to leave early if replacement found

The house has a big garden and deck (with a BBQ)! Rooms come fully furnished with double bed, desks, chair and wardrobe. House comes with all furnishings including a washing machine and dryer (as well as all basics - cutlery / cooking utensils etc)

We have a really nice lounge room with a huge tv on the wall (you can close both doors and create a cinema vibe for movie nights) 🍿

🚉10 minute walk to Tooting station and 15 minute walk or five minute bus to tooting broadway station

🚘 There is also free parking on the road

About the housemates: 3 gals in their early to mid twenties who love a night out and also love to binge watch trashy TV! Hoping to find 2 like minded gals
