Double room in 3 bed next to Tooting Broadway

We are looking for an easy going, sociable housemate to fill one of our double rooms in our three-bed flat in Tooting on the 17th of June. The flat is located 30-seconds from Tooting Broadway tube station and a 2-minute walk away from Aldi, Sainsburys, Tooting Market and lots of nice pubs and restaurants. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and there is space for a small desk if needed (there’s also space for a desk in the living room if preferable). The flat is split over two-levels with the top floor comprising of an open-plan kitchen and living room, and the other floor three-bedrooms and a bathroom which we all share. The room is £730 a month not including bills which usually come to around £70 each a month.

The current flatmates are Jenny aged 27 and Becca age 25. Jenny moved to London last year and works in marketing. Becca works in sports events and moved to London 4 years ago. She moved into the flat 3 months ago. Both of us are in the office around 3 times a week. During the week we tend to keep things fairly chilled, usually playing sport, in the gym or binging a tv series, and at the weekend can be found, exploring London, watching sport at the pub or out for dinner with friends.

We are both very easy going and don’t take ourselves too seriously. Ideally, we are looking for a female aged between 25–30 who is similar to us and wants to become our friend not just our flatmate.
