🌳 What we are looking for:

A professional who wants to contribute to making our home a home. We would really love to find someone who values building community, is organised, an open communicator, and will be happy to take their responsibility for some bills (this includes having your name on a few bills and collecting monies etc). We evenly share this between us. It’s very important to us that our home is a peaceful and stable safe space, with everyone taking responsibility.

You’d be living with two queer cuties and a cat. A disability advocate who makes sounds in her spare time and a charity comms manager who makes paintings and fictional tales in her spare time.
We share meals occasionally and binge on Netflix, spend time in nature and share a glass of wine -this is not compulsory, we’re also out a lot doing our own things and are respectful of each other’s space.

**We are prioritising viewings with queer poc who are 30+**

13 steps and then an additional step to your bedroom and the bathroom. The front door is light. Hallway narrow. One step to come in the front door. We don’t have a door bell, but there is a door knocker. We are neurodivergent friendly.

Unfortunately the agent doesn’t accept benefits (we know this is not great and although they don’t explicitly say this, to go on the contract you need to be employed).

🌻 Practical info:

🏠 £700 rent plus bills of roughly £160 per month (this includes a cleaner once every 2 weeks).

💰 £730 deposit

🤞🏽 Ideally looking for somebody who wants to be here long term, but can commit to minimum 6 months minimum. After 6 months you have the option of going on to the contract.

📍Very good location, near to Tottenham High Road, good links to overground, national rail and buses within walking distance.
