Friendly House in N17 looking for a new roommate

Hey,

We are looking for a someone to sublet out a room at our place. The household has 3 guys (2 are a couple) and 1 gal. We are looking for a housemate who’s keen to have chats and hang out in our free time. As we are a very social household.

The house itself is 4 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. We also have seperate kitchen, dining and lounge room as well as the luxury of a decent sized backyard area and garden to enjoy a cuppa in the morning sun (on the rare occasions you see it).

Rent will be £800. Bills aren’t included. But roughly £70-£100 depending.

The room will be semi furnished. The room will come with a chest of drawers, bed frame and cupboard.

We are a well connected area. With transport options for Bus, Tube, overground and external trains to outer London (connects up to Stansted airport easily). As well as having Sainsbury/Argos (10min walk), Aldi (15min walk), a whole retail park (tk max, lidl, asda, curry’s and more) and heaps of pubs too. We are located in N17.
