Box room in shared house
Hi,
We are a mum and daughter Rachel (52) and Hannah (8) who have a house in South Tottenham. We have a cat, a garden and all the usual mod cons. I am going back to uni to study from Sept 2024, and Hannah is 8 and says she likes her own company!
The loft is rented to a mother (30s) and daughter (16) who also share the kitchen. We have a box room available for rent, with or without a single bed as you prefer. £500 pcm incl bills.
I cook every night, and we’re a quiet house (with far too much TV watching) and I have friends over less than once a month.
We are looking for a student to move in from 2 months to a year or longer, preferably someone who doesn’t work from home more than twice a week, and who is tidy, and OK with cats and children!
No smokers at all please.
