Huge bright double room in Seven Sisters

Join our friendly, relaxed house in Seven Sisters! We are three young professionals, all friendly, quiet, clean, respectful of one another and looking for a similar person to live with us.

The room itself is on the 1st floor and is clean and airy with lots of natural light coming from a bay window which looks onto trees and the church opposite. It has original wooden floorboards, a double bed, comfy mattress, separate cupboard, chest of drawers, blackout blinds and a small sofa. There is also space for a desk by the window.

A bathroom with shower & bath is near to the room and shared with two other housemates.

Downstairs is all open plan living space which includes a large dining table, cosy living room and well appointed kitchen which backs onto the garden. The house is situated on a quiet street with a cute neighbourhood pub just a stone's throw away.

To keep bills reasonable and stop the house feeling like a coworking space, we're looking for a housemate who rarely works from home.

Monthly rent includes council tax, all utility bills and 1gb superfast fibre internet.

The room is available from 1st June, 2024
