High ceilings, wooden floors and garden views - is this your new home? We are looking for addition to our household of professionals, and the ideal housemate will be someone looking for solid home, is not high maintenance and happy to roll up sleeves and step in to do some house chores from time to time.
We all are working professionals, and hence have really busy lives, rarely in the house. We have two cats so you need to be ok with that..
The house is huge, four large bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, big kitchen, dining room and lounge. We have massive garden, big front garden and space for bicycle / scooter etc. if needed.
There are actually three males (Italian and two Brits) and me, the landlord split time at the moment between Spain and UK so I am rarely around.
The room is free immediately, and all bills are included in the rent.
