I would like to rent the room to a responsible professional or student.

My home is a maisonette. There are two rooms on the top floor, together with the bathroom and separate toilet.
The kitchen is downstairs.

Utilities are included, however we all chip in to buy household products (toilet roll, washing up liquid etc).

Nearest stations are Northumberland Park which takes you to Tottenham Hale (Victoria line) and Stratford, and White Hart Lane station which takes you to Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) and Liverpool Street.

Sainsbury's is a 10-15 walk, Tesco's Lea Valley and Ikea are accessible from Northumberland Park bus station (2 min walk).
