The tenants are 2 guys working as a classically trained singer (Australia), and a contemporary artist (Scotland); 1 final year student at SOAS; 1 female teacher from Spain who does ballet.
Our new housemate would be someone who is after some place quiet and peaceful; considerate, cleans up in kitchen and bathroom, is positive about a cleaning rota, friendly.
Great if you have an interest in the arts.
