Our home is big Victorian semi, with lots of original character and charm and enormous green garden that is a dream for people wanting to grow their own veggies or flowers. This house really is a home rather than just a place to sleep.

The room is garden facing, filled with light and has a feature fireplace, wooden floors, double bed, wardrobe and desk.

We are looking for easy going person with mature common sense outlook to life and house sharing. Also best suited to someone seeking for a real home and not just a pit stop. This is really easy going place, not a party house and not for people who cannot have a little banter and respect privacy.

We all are working professionals, and have busy lives - we do socialise occassionally but also respect each others space and keep the house peaceful and our little haven.

The location have great transport links to City and Stansted Airport. Zone 3, overground train station/s 5 minutes walk away, 20 minutes to Liverpool Street and nearest tube is Seven Sisters.

Across the road is huge Sainsbury's, The Gym, and Spurs stadium is close by. This area has lot of 24 hr corner shops, some amazing fruit and veggie suppliers, few quirky restaurants and cafes and Tottenham Marshes with its greenery and waterways is short stroll away.

Rent includes all bills; council tax, water, gas, electricity, tv licence, broadband -we have wireless all over the house. Also we have a bi-weekly cleaner who looks after the communal spaces. *The bills are reviewed quarterly due to the ever chancing fuel costs and rent adjusted accordingly if required.

The room is available from 21st April, we also consider short lets with £50 extra for admin and cleaning for 1-3 month lets.
