The property is located a short (2-minute) walk from Tottenham Hale Victoria line, and we are close to shops, restaurants, and a few cool bars.

Availability for the tenant to move in at the End of May.

The room available is an En-Suite Bathroom for Your Privacy, a spacious kitchen, and a cosy common area to chill, along with the balcony space.

The room comes unfurnished, however, our flatmate who is leaving would be happy to sell double bed and frame for £100.
