3 double bed rooms to rent in a 4 bed house near Tottenham Hale station. The house has two bathrooms.
I am looking to share with female professionals ideally 25-40 and non-smokers. I am 34 and work for a charity. I would like to live with people who are sociable and friendly, as well as clean and considerate. I like anything creative, meeting my friends, nice coffee and yoga.
The owner of the house has moved out and is looking to rent out the rooms. There would be no agreement to sign. The property is being managed by someone locally.
The rent is £800 per room and bills including council tax would be £100 each. The bigger room has a bed and built in storage. The smaller rooms have beds and a clothes rail. I am sorry the pictures don't show the beds yet!
