Reasonable Room Available in Prime North L

Hello everyone,
I’m looking to sublet my classic en-suite at Emily Bowes Court, Unite Students in Tottenham Hale from 1st May- 6 July. The room is on the 3rd Floor with a view that oversees the Tottenham Hale station (pictures attached) from both the room and the kitchen (pictures and videos included below). There’s a bed which can easily fit 2 people and lots of storage space including multiple drawers and a large cabinet to keep all of your belongings. There is also a large desk provided the tenant needs study space and also a private bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-fitted as well. Furthermore, the people in this accommodation are all very friendly and nice and it won’t take you long to get along with people and make friends as many people have moved in for the summers here and are wanting to make new friends. There are also study spaces in the common room along with a TV, Pool Table, Table Tennis and sofas. The room is available for 1040 pounds per month (260 pounds per week) under my tenancy and will be shifted to you so you will have to pay the same . Although there are 5 total flatmates, as of now there are only 2 more as the rest have left home for vacations.
