Large room with ensuite & balcony in luxury block
Me and my boyfriend James are looking for another couple or individual to join us in our flat in Tottenham Hale from mid June.
We are both 28, I work as a graphic designer and James works in strategy. We have a lovely cat, Luna, who you will also be joining. We work in the office 2-3 days per week and we also run a sustainable fashion business together in the evenings and weekends. We eat a plant-based diet (with some fish occasionally) and enjoy cooking at home with our current flatmates in the evening.
The building has great communal facilities like a gym, a rooftop terrace and a co-working space. We’re a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale station and we can get into central London within 20 minutes.
There’s some amazing pubs, bars and restaurants in the area, and it’s right next to the canal and Wetlands. Just across the bridge is Blackhorse Road and a ton more breweries and things there

It’s located in The Sessile - it’s a brand new 2.5 bed apartment 2 mins walk from Tottenham Hale and includes:

The room
You will have a lovely en-suite large double bedroom which comes with a private and spacious balcony. There is more than enough room for a desk, as well as in-built wardrobe and a chest of drawers that comes as standard. There is more storage under the ottoman bed too
Superfast wifi costs £30 / month between the flat, and other bills (water, council tax Band E, energy and heating) come to about £350-£400 for the flat (so about £100 each).
The current tenancy runs until February 2025, and there is definitely scope to renew if all goes well
Move in is earliest mid-June, but waiting for our flatmates to confirm their move out before we can get an exact date
